We do our own design and drafting services. You will work with our designer in creating a design that incorporates everything you want in your remodel or new home.

We build and coordinate the entire project from start to finish. We can handle any unforeseen challenges that may arise, so we can keep your project moving along with minimal interruptions in schedule.

Most of the work is done using our own highly skilled crew, and the few subcontractors we use are professional and reliable.

Bill, the owner and founder of Uniquity Builders, is both a General Building Contractor and a licensed Electrician, so we can seamlessly offer many services that are not available with most construction firms.

We provide a full 12 month guarantee on all of our work. If anything doesn't live up to your expectations, call us and we'll cheerfully take care of it - no questions asked!

We communicate with our clients on a regular basis via telephone, email, and we regularly provide progress pictures and updates to our clients who live out of the area.

We have a caring and responsive full-time staff. When you call us you will most likely be talking to one of the family members of our family business. We take care of our customers just like they're family! That means when you call us, during regular office hours, you get a real live person (unless we're taking a comfort break!). We return phone calls, usually with 24 hours, and are available on weekends by appointment.

We used to refer to our green cabin as a shoebox. Bill and his team took that shoebox down to the studs and built a beautiful two story chalet.Not being full time residents, we had to rely on Bill and his wife, Sandy, and their expertise in taking care of all the details. Our job was to remodel the first floor and to replace the entire deck of our newly purchased vacation home in Arnold. The house is 20 years old and was not well maintained. The first floor remodeling included a family room, bedroom, and full bathroom. Bill was recommended among a number of contractors by a local business in Arnold.
